We’re very interested in doing whatever we can to help them out on their travel journey. I look for that right away. Then, when I get in the car, I should be asked immediately if I’m comfortable with the temperature, if there’s any specific radio station or type of music I’d like, and if there’s a certain route I’d like to take to my destination. Cleanliness is also super important, down to the detail of the light switches in the car. I’m absolutely looking for fingerprints.
